1. Introduction

Welcome to Clary AI ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using our website (https://claryai.app) or mobile apps (iOS & Android), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Eligibility & Age Restrictions

• You must be at least 14 years old to use Clary AI.
• If you are between 14 and 18, you must have parental or guardian consent, and they must review and accept these Terms on your behalf.
• Any information you provide about your age must be accurate; we reserve the right to terminate accounts with fraudulent data.

3. User Accounts

4. Subscriptions & Payment

• Clary AI may offer free trials or sessions; continued access requires a paid subscription.
• Payments made through the App Store (Apple) or Google Play Store are subject to their respective billing and refund policies. Please contact Apple or Google directly for refund inquiries made through their platforms.
• For purchases made directly through Clary AI (not via app stores), we do not generally offer refunds unless legally required.
• EU customers: If you reside in the European Union and subscribe directly via our website, you have the legal right to withdraw from the subscription contract within 14 days of purchase without giving any reason, provided you have not started using the service. • Subscription fees are billed in advance and renew automatically unless canceled before the next billing cycle.
• Prices may change, but we will notify you at least 30 days before any increase.

5. AI Disclaimer & Mandatory Acknowledgments

• Clary AI provides general relationship and dating advice via artificial intelligence; it is not a substitute for professional counseling or medical advice.
• The AI may produce incorrect or inappropriate responses; you use the service at your own risk.
• No outcomes are guaranteed; you remain solely responsible for your decisions.
• Clary AI is not equipped for emergencies or crisis intervention.
• We do not monitor conversations in real time; there is no human oversight of your private chats.

6. Liability Waiver & Release

To the fullest extent permitted by law, you hereby release and waive any claims against Clary AI, its affiliates, and service providers for any damages arising from your use of the service or reliance on its advice. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Clary AI from any claims related to your use.

• All platform content, features, and code are owned by Clary AI or its licensors.
• You retain ownership of any original content you submit (e.g., chat messages, voice inputs), and grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide license to use it for service delivery, improvement, R&D, and marketing.
